Custom acrylic keychain | acrylic stand sign

Acrylic keychains, divided into two processes, one is paper four-color printed or digitally printed. One is printed directly on the acrylic.

The first paper-printed version subdivided into 2 mediums, ultrasonic process and solid,  For example, a keyring with an open lid is an ultrasonic process. The cost of a custom shaped ultrasonic mold is approximately 550 USD and the cost of a solid effect mold is approximately 680 USD.

Advantage: 5-12mm thick for greater fullness
Disadvantage: To customize the shape, need a mold, which usually costs around 550-680 USD.

The other is printed directly on the acrylic, the thickness about 3mm, the shape is cut out with a laser, and the printing is printed directly on the surface of the transparent acrylic using UV four-color printing, the printing effect is realistic and clear, the printing is also divided into single-sided and double-sided, if you are worried that after a long time of use the single-sided printed logo will be scratched off, it is recommended to use double-layer acrylic, the printing in the middle to avoid scratching. In addition, in order to avoid scratches during production and logistics, the surfaces are laminated.

If such acrylic printing is still too monotonous, a layer of the epoxy dome can be added to the acrylic surface (approximately 4.5mm thick with epoxy), gold or silver powder effect.

Advantages:

* Any shape is possible, but no molding costs are required
* More realistic printing
* Small MOQ

Disadvantage: Relatively expensive

If we make the size larger and add a base, it can be made into an acrylic standing sign. A magnet attached to the back of the acrylic can be a fridge magnet.
